Company Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager of POS Strategy, you will work within the RBNA Sales and Trade Marketing Team to support project management tasks for the Point of Sale (POS) execution process for all National and Regional initiatives. You will oversee the project management and execution of our pillars and future process improvement initiatives, collaborating across multiple departments. You will manage relationships by facilitating communication between teams to adhere to timelines, resolve roadblocks, ensure agreement, escalate issues, and ensure successful market execution. You will support long-term strategic roadmaps to achieve the brand's POS goals and partner with other teams for a successful in-market execution of national and regional initiatives.
Job Description
PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF ALL NATIONAL PILLAR, REGIONAL INITIATIVES, AND NATIONAL BIG MOMENTS
Maintain organized structure of project tasks and timelines across National Pillar, Regional Initiatives, National Big Moments, and any ad-hoc strategic initiatives
Collaborate with Trade Finance to capture and track project budget for each National Pillar, Regional Initiatives, and National Big Moments project
Manage all of our internal partners (Brand, Insights, Trade Marketing, Trade Finance, Purchasing, Ops) to ensure agreement, raise awareness of POS updates and strategies, and ensure strict adherence to timelines
Manage internal shared database to ensure all POS projects are tracked and organized
Ensure up-to-date communication with field teams for any updates or risks
Maintain a POS project plan of important dates, tasks, deadlines for use across sales and distribution
Establish SOP and RACI and ensure all teams are accountable and on track for execution
IMPLEMENT POINT OF SALE STRATEGY
Support execution of all POS projects with proactive status communications to key account and distribution partners and external vendors
Oversee the execution of daily needs, change management, and awareness of POS by collaborating with internal and external teams
Be the first contact for support with project roadblocks and escalate issues
Oversee creation, update, communication and consolidation of all National and Regional Pillar order forms and quantities
Partner with external vendors to place necessary centralized POS orders on a monthly basis, and for ad-hoc projects.
Be the main contact for our teams (Field Sales teams, Brand/Marketing, Operations, Finance) to support execution of all POS materials to meet Red Bull brand standards
IMPLEMENT FUTURE PROCESS IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES
Perform internal interviews to understand current state and identify opportunities for process improvement initiatives
Create proposals for improvement projects and present clear value proposition with short-term and long-term goals
Establish actionable project plans with measurable goals to track against for success
Ensure all future process improvement initiatives are delivered and have proper leadership approval (including kick-off materials, communications, etc)
Qualifications
2+ years of consumer goods industry experience with exposure to retailers required
Project management experience
Experience manipulating data sets
Technical Knowledge of POS Production (Print, Permanent, Temporary)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
Must be fluent in English, additional languages an advantage
Additional Information
The base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $113,000 + cash incentives
Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
