Join a growing solar team and gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade! We’re looking for a motivated Electrical Apprentice to support our licensed electricians with residential solar installations and upgrades.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:    

• Assist with Main Panel Upgrades (MPUs) and system troubleshooting
• Support safe, code-compliant electrical installations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site
• Document work with photos and reports
• Follow NEC, OSHA, and local safety standards
• Travel to job sites and work in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:    

• 2+ years of electrical experience 
• High school diploma or GED
• Apprentice license (or ability to obtain)
• Familiarity with NEC codes and electrical tools
• Ability to read single-line diagrams
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Move two or more limbs together (for example, two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm) while remaining in place 
• Use stomach and lower back muscles to support the body for long periods without  getting tired 
• Keep or regain the body's balance or stay upright when in an unstable position 
• React quickly using hands, fingers, or feet 
• While looking forward, see objects or movements that are off to the side 
• Lift 50+ pounds 

 TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS (Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work.)
