Job Summary: The Clinical Compliance and Education Assistant is responsible for assisting the Director of Clinical Compliance and Education.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Associate's degree in Business preferred. Three years' administrative experience required in a health related organization. 
• Three years' experience with Media/Audio-Visual and Computerized Information Systems. 
• Experience with literature searches and the research process. 
• Experience in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of an education department preferred. 
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with other staff, managers, physicians, and the general public. 
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities at the same time. 
• Ability to comprehend, plan, and work independently as well as under supervision. 
• Possess the ability to relate effectively to employees, vendors, patients, and physicians, while using proper channels of communication.  
• Ability to work in a responsible and confidential capacity.
