  Compensation Starting at: Position Salary Range: $77,688.60 - $98,413.60 Per Year
Starting Pay: Although our full pay range is included above, the budgeted hiring range for this position is $77,688.60 - $88,051.10 Per Year.
  This position is salaried, exempt.

Schedule: Full Time, 1.0 FTE, Exempt. Benefits Eligible Monday - Friday, weekends as needed or  4 days a week with 10 hrs days, weekends as needed   Snapshot: In this role, you will serve as the Health Center Manager overseeing a team of clinicians, health center assistants, and assistant manager(s).  The health center supports patient services that deal with sexual health, reproductive health, and abortion services.   You will be hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews with fellow staff. You will also be responsible for facility management, compliance protocols, assisting in coordinating patient care, responding to patient complaints, managing productivity goals, and implementing various initiatives (such as rolling out new services). Monitoring, meeting, and exceeding Key Performance Indicators will be a key aspect of this role, as well as continuously identifying and implementing Productivity and Efficiency strategies.    Key Approaches to the Work:  Culture leader   Organized systems-thinker  Communication  Inclusion and Equity Champion    

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school degree. Bachelor's degree preferred 

Experience:

• 3-5 years of healthcare management and supervisory experience

Essential Functions:

• Monitors health center flow to ensure quality patient care, timely appointments, minimize flow busters, and reduce staff burnout
• Monitors and intervenes to improve performance indicators and benchmarks
• Monitors regulatory compliance with regards to Laboratory, CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, Minor Abuse Reporting, pharmacy etc.
• Manages appointment templates to achieve access and budget goals.
• Markets and promotes health center
• Coordinates incident reporting
• Assesses facility needs and coordinates cleanliness, maintenance, and improvement.

• Prepares regular financial reports for submission to accounting
