The Director of Application Engineering's charter is to enable customer success while driving business growth of Synopsys in the domain of library characterization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Application Engineers to provide a differentiated technical solution to customers which can help them to drive innovation in their domain.
• Deliver solution presentations and product demonstrations. Identify technical opportunities , develop people, and grow technical expertise and experience in the team in line with growth of technology and solutions offered by Synopsys.
• Collaborate with Global AE to engage with common customers across geographies to drive efficient support.
