Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Heartview Foundation is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Residential Technicians. In this role, you will provide vital support to individuals on their recovery journey, helping foster a safe and encouraging environment where healing happens.
What You’ll Do
As a Residential Technician, you will play a hands-on role in supporting residents through their recovery process by:
- Maintaining a secure, structured, and supportive living environment
- Administering medications in accordance with established guidelines
- Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry
- Providing transportation to appointments and essential activities
- Offering emotional support, encouragement, and guidance
Flexible Scheduling to Fit Your Life
We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling options:
- Every Other Weekend: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- PRN (as needed): Minimum of two shifts per month

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who have a heart for helping others and meet the following qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- License: Valid driver’s license
- Certifications: CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain onsite)
- Medication Support: Ability to obtain Medication Assistant I and Nurse Aide certifications
- Experience: Preference for candidates with at least one year of consistent work history or experience in treatment/human services
- Training: Willingness to complete Narcan administration training
- Additional Requirements: Must pass a background check and adhere to a drug-free workplace policy, including pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
