In this role, you will provide vital support to individuals on their recovery journey, helping foster a safe and encouraging environment where healing happens.

What You’ll Do

As a Residential Technician, you will play a hands-on role in supporting residents through their recovery process by:

• Maintaining a secure, structured, and supportive living environment
• Administering medications in accordance with established guidelines
• Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry
• Providing transportation to appointments and essential activities
• Offering emotional support, encouragement, and guidance

Flexible Scheduling to Fit Your Life

We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling options:

• Every Other Weekend: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• PRN (as needed): Minimum of two shifts per month

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates who have a heart for helping others and meet the following qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• License: Valid driver’s license
• Certifications: CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain onsite)
• Medication Support: Ability to obtain Medication Assistant I and Nurse Aide certifications
• Experience: Preference for candidates with at least one year of consistent work history or experience in treatment/human services
• Training: Willingness to complete Narcan administration training
• Additional Requirements: Must pass a background check and adhere to a drug-free workplace policy, including pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
