As a Program Management Director, within PNC's Enterprise Technology, you will be based in Pittsburgh-PA, Cleveland-OH or Dallas-TX.Responsibilities include:
- Oversight and accountability for on time, on budget high quality delivery of programs and projects within the Data & AI domain
- Drives execution of projects and programs to ensure outcomes are achieved. Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements to programs based on results.
- Influences changes to the way we work including embracing Agility and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Oversees the development and review of analysis and reporting information related to key strategic programs and projects
- Builds business relationships to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.
- Works across multi-disciplinary functions and oversees vendor relationships to ensure success of projects and programs.

Job Description
- Oversees program managers to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. No requirement for program size.
- Evaluates and provides guidance during the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; develops strategies to ensure all projects within the program are cohesive and in line with organizational goals.
- Oversight and reporting for the overall program budget while working to ensure success of the program.
- Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements to programs based on results.
- Leads and develops program management teams. Builds business relationships to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.
