Duties & Responsibilities

 

• Performing job analyses and efficiently categorizing leads
• Intensive customer relationship management in various phases of the CRM process
• Coordination and organization of customer appointments and demo days, including planning and implementation
• Sales support through lively product demonstrations and participation in trade fairs
• Support in the preparation and dispatch of quotations
• Participation in mailing campaigns and customer promotions
• Professionally processing customer inquiries in German and English and
• Active, international communication with our distribution partners

Qualifications

 

• Ongoing Master's degree in economics, industrial engineering or similar
• Initial practical experience in sales and strategy, ideally in a consulting or start-up environment
• Enthusiasm for numbers and solving complex tasks
• Fluency in German and English (at least C1 level)
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel
