The Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. This role is critical in connecting our go-to-market strategy to measurable results across the buyers journey. You’ll work closely with content, product marketing, sales, and digital team members to ensure campaigns resonate with our target audiences, meet pipeline goals, and align with sales priorities. This is a high-impact role that is ideal for a creative marketer who enjoys executing innovative and engaging campaigns that generate qualified meetings with the right ICP at target accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Develop and manage end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, digital, events, social, content syndication, etc.).
- Collaborate with product marketing and sales to align campaign strategy with business priorities and key personas.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create campaign messaging that engages the buying group. Map content and campaigns across personas, segments, and verticals.
Execution & Optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to bring campaigns to life—from creative briefs and content to distribution and promotion.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
- Partner with the BDR team to ensure they have the assets, offers, and anything else needed for following up with marketing qualified leads and prospecting into target accounts.
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, creative, and channels to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Deliver insights and recommendations based on campaign results to optimize future performance.
- Ensure lead routing, follow-up processes, and attribution tracking are functioning accurately.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales to develop supporting materials (nurture sequences, outbound email kits, follow-up content).
- Work closely with digital, events, and content teams to ensure message consistency across all touchpoints.
- Align campaigns with broader brand and demand generation goals.
Experience:
- Experienced working with sales to align marketing goals and objectives to drive demand generation and achieve business outcomes.
- Detail-focused, self-starter with strong cross-functional project management skills.
- A creative and strategic thinker with excellent written and interpersonal skills.
- Able to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change course as needed.
- Highly collaborative, energetic, and a proactive team player.
- Focused on marketing metrics and continuous learning/improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in demand generation for B2B SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of building and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance measurement and reporting.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
