Background & Purpose of the Job
Ice Cream Warehouse Logistics Analyst is responsible for cross functionally managing common functions related to the 3PL warehouses and quality of our products.
Ice Cream Warehouse Logistics Analyst owns the responsibility of putting forth consistent communication and coordination of all issues related to the 3PL warehouses and identifying focused improvements to achieve logistics goals. Activities include developing and automating KPI scorecards, leading performance improvement initiatives, supporting 3PL and Warehouse Operations, communicating policy or procedural changes, coordinating product recalls and reworks, POI’s (potentially obsolete inventory), end of period reporting, WMS FDA validation, SAP and WMS testing, validating KPI data and assuring Sarbanes Oxley compliance.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do
This position will support projects and serve on cross-functional teams as required. In addition, this position will perform other duties as required such as producing various reports. Further, the Warehouse Analyst will add strategic support to warehouse specialists, warehouse managers and the head of outbound logistics NA. Strategic problem solving and analytics are essential to help drive improvements in costs/P&L, inventory management and accuracy, warehouse labor management, safety and improvements in customer service. Streamlining operations will generate cost reduction, service improvements and positive sustainable impacts to the function.
