  • You will monitor project budget and schedule, proactively addressing deviations to maintain financial and operational integrity, and oversee specification and contract compliance with third-party vendors and suppliers
  • You will lead risk management efforts by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating project-related risks, and support issue resolution through coordinated escalation paths across departments
  • You will ensure safety and quality compliance across all project phases in collaboration with site managers and environmental teams
  • You will conduct weekly internal project meetings to ensure alignment and progress, and perform performance reviews and lessons-learned analyses at key milestones and project closure
  • You will travel up to 30%

Your profile

  • You have gained 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management roles
  • Your advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are preferred
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP, or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical projects in material handling, logistics, or automation systems
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen related to cost forecasting and resource planning
  • Proven ability to plan and organize complex projects, leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environments
  • Skilled in problem-solving and adapting strategies in response to evolving conditions, while effectively managing and negotiating with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal, leadership, and client-management capabilities
