Finish /Trim Carpenter -New Construction

As a Finish /Trim Carpenter, you play an integral role in creating quality apartments for our residents to call home for years to come. You will work with our team in new construction, building apartments from the ground up. To be successful in this role you must be reliable, detail-oriented, and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Proficient in using tools such as saws, sanders, drills, planers, etc. is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds as needed
• Comfortable with ladders & heights

Experience

• 3 years of experience in trim carpentry
• Experience in woodworking; millwork, cabinet shop, and/or set/stage construction
• Experience in assembly and/or manufacturing background is preferred but not required
• Experience installing granite countertops

Other Requirements

• Willingness to learn all aspects of finish carpentry
• A can-do attitude
• Must pass criminal background check
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
