Position Summary

The Sales Executive position is responsible for managing the Cascades Bear Island account, which generates approximately $2.8 million in Busan 1215 sales. Key responsibilities include overseeing and maintaining the relationship with the account to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance, and informing strategic decisions. Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any concerns is also a crucial part of the job.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Manages the relationships with the customer in a manner that makes Buckman attractive and prevents attrition. 
Brings savings projects to the customer to help improve their process (>10% of sales each year)
Reaches annual sales targets by increasing volumes or obtaining new applications
Services the account in a manner that keep the customer happy. To include: writing service reports, application testing and monitoring, business review with customer, process and application troubleshooting.

Essential Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-6 years of Sales experience
• Fluent English (speaking and reading)
