More information is available via careers.metroag.de. </p><p><strong>Start date:</strong> <strong> 01.04.2024 </strong> </p><p><strong>Duration:</strong>   <strong>6 months</strong></p><p><strong>Full-Time:</strong>  <strong> 37,5 h/week</strong> </p><p><strong>What you can expect:</strong> </p><p>At Talent &amp; Organizational Development, we are looking for an engaged intern to support Talent Development Programs, Employer Branding and learning activities.#ShapeTheM</p><p>All activities have a strong international scope.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities:</strong> </p><ul><li>Designing the most efficient processes to run talent development programs</li><li>Supporting the organization of international talent development programs, e.g. venues, events, training blocks, communication with trainers and participants etc.</li><li>Supporting and optimizing training administration in our global learning management system</li><li>Working together with functional experts for the continuous development and improvement of learning solutions</li><li>Supporting university marketing &amp; career event/ fair organization, and monthly Campus onboarding sessions for new employees</li><li>Supporting brand/ career ambassador program management</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>You are the perfect fit, when you have:</strong> </p><ul><li>A passionate personality and act as a team player </li><li>Excellent English skills (speaking and writing)</li><li>A proof of being enrolled for university studies in the field of educational sciences, pedagogy psychology, HR, business with HR major, or similar </li><li>An affiliation to figures and general economic understanding (an advantage</li><li>Excellent MS Office skills (esp.
