Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist – Repairs & Warranty Analyst (Senior) to support our team in either Plano, TX or Seattle, WA.

This role is a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) responsible for Aircraft and Repair Warranty analytics, cost avoidance, and data integrity within Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) / Aircraft Readiness Log (ARL). This role spans Repair Management (RM), Supplier Management (SM), Cost Recovery Team (CRT), and technical review of Quotes.  Also, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional efforts to identify opportunities, monitor reliability trends, govern warranty data, and deliver Key Performance Indicator (KPI)-driven value.  Lastly, you will support Exchange Programs in the Managed Parts portfolio which includes Components Services Programs (CSP), Landing Gear Exchange (LGE), and AeroStructures.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including a Senior Level 4 and 5 Supply Chain Specialist.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across Supply Chain (RM/SM), CRT, and Engineering to flag cost avoidance and recovery opportunities and monitor reliability trends

  • Govern warranty analytics and ensure SAP/ARL data integrity for Aircraft and Repair Warranty events, including forward exchange units, incremental/scrap pools, Supplier Repair Warranty, Used Serviceable Material (USM) warranty, and Engine/Auxiliary Power Unit (APU)/Part Number (PN) not listed on ARL

  • Analyze Flight Hour (FH) and Non-Flight Hour (NFH) component repair and overhaul programs to support warranty assessments and reliability monitoring

  • Monitor component reliability trends to identify cost avoidance opportunities and support repair decisions

  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects related to warranty analytics and cost avoidance

  • Assess appropriate costs for normal versus over-and-above repairs and escalate as needed

  • Load, maintain, and validate warranty data in SAP/ARL with accuracy and timeliness

  • Develop and maintain KPIs; identify cost-avoidance opportunities; monitor reliability trends

  • Manage warranty claims processes with Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), escalate valid denials, and oversee disputes

  • Maintain approved Service Bulletins (SBs), Hard Time (HT) shop visits, and pool data per Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) / Asset Management (AM) guidance; ensure ARL data completeness

  • Capture early removals of HT parts

  • Serve as focal point for Field Service Verification (FSV) activities, vet charges and coordinate issue resolution

  • Collaborate with RM, SM, CRT, and Engineering to align on cost/value decisions and ensure governance compliance

  • Maintain documentation of thresholds, escalation paths, and data standards; ensure compliance with Program Management Office (PMO) policies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working in a commercial Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) environment

  • 5+ years of experience with supply chain management of complex repairable aviation components

  • 5+ years of experience do with supply chain management of complex repairable aviation components

  • Intermediate experience managing warranty and repair data

  • Moderate experience in warranty analytics or cost avoidance initiatives within cross-functional teams

  • Moderate experience with developing or maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to repair data governance or warranty performance

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Boeing Global Services (BGS) or similar portfolio programs

  • SAP/ARL data loading and governance experience; familiarity with RM / SM / CRT / Engineering interfaces

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in cross-functional programs without direct people-management responsibility
