In this role, you will work directly with enterprise customers to deploy, integrate, and customize our platform within their environments. You will act as the bridge between our core engineering team and live customer deployments—ensuring customers are successful, issues are resolved quickly, and integrations are robust, secure, and scalable.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <h3><strong>Customer-Facing Engineering</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Work directly with enterprise customers to deploy and configure our platform in their production environments.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Serve as the hands-on technical expert during onboarding, integration, and expansion phases.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot issues in real time, owning them through resolution.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Integration &amp; Implementation</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Integrate our platform with customer systems, APIs, data sources, authentication frameworks, and enterprise workflows.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Implement custom scripts, connectors, or extensions in Python where needed.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Configure Azure-based deployments and assist customers with best practices.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Product &amp; Platform Contribution</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Gather customer feedback and translate real-world use cases into actionable product insights.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Collaborate with internal engineering to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and enhance stability.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Contribute improvements to deployment tooling, automation, and documentation.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Operational Ownership</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Develop playbooks, checklists
