Multi-Site Assistant Service Manager

AMLI Residential is currently seeking an organized and highly skilled Multi-Site Assistant Service Manager for our AMLI 300, AMLI Downtown and AMLI on 2nd campus.

Essential Functions:

• Schedule all make-ready vendor work in partnership with the Maintenance Supervisor. 
• Assist in scheduling and supervising all in-house and vendor work
• Diagnose problems and repair areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywalling, exterior structural, and appliance. Assist in coordinating and executing Preventative Maintenance inspections per company policy.
• Provide leadership and direction for maintenance employees in coordination with Service Manager
• Answer all maintenance-related calls. Oversee general replacement or repair of general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement. 
• Responsible for the inventory, ordering, and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the service, custodial, and grounds departments.
• Assist in annual budget preparation. 
• Assist in interviewing process for any potential service, custodial or grounds personnel. Train custodial or grounds personnel. Assist in the disciplinary or promotional recommendations required for all service, custodial and grounds personnel
• Ensure timely, efficient response to service requests make-readies. 

Requirements: 

• 3-5 years of related experience and training; or equivalent education and experience. 
• HVAC/EPA Refrigerant Certified (type 1 and 2 or Universal)
• Weekend and on-call availability
