Commercial Tire Sales Professional

Cultivate strong relationships with customers and recommend products and services to save them time and money through your consultative nature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a new account calling plan by thoroughly evaluating potential customers in your established market to determine where you will provide the most value to their business through a partnership with Bauer Built
• Utilize effective interpersonal communication skills with prospective customers to understand their business and explain the value Bauer Built tires and services can provide them.  Consistently use a consultative approach focusing on ways we can save them time and money
• Cultivate strong, one-of-a-kind business relationships with new customers to grow sales volume
• Nurtures customer accounts through regular contact, informing them of all specials and deals, providing recommendations on products and services, and ensuring that sales and service needs are met by making personal contact a priority

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong consultative sales skills with a focus on doing the right thing for the customer no matter what
• Prior experience in the tire or transportation industry is strongly desired, but not required
• Relatively clean driving record within the past three years with valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
• Learning agility with a strong work ethic

• Competitive base salary
• Commission of 25% individual gross profit on every sale - unlimited cap on earning potential
