Contract Management, Intern – Procurement and Financial Operation

The purpose of the role – why is this a great opportunity?
The main purpose of the role is to support our specialists ensuring proper management of contracts in Lundbeck having main focus on ongoing contracts (contract master data), ensuring correctness and up-to-date of contract overview reports. You will also complete various ad hoc tasks. You will learn how Contract Management Team contributes to the Finance department’s overall objective.
What you bring to the team
- Currently studying
- Availability of minimum 30 hours per week with the intention to continue a career in Lundbeck
- Very good English (min B2)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong motivation to gain experience in Finance/Procurement
- Excellent time management, accuracy and detail orientation, as well as reliability
- Strong engagement and focus on achieving goals
Your future team
As our Intern, you will be part of a team that consists of around 14 people and is responsible for two Service Lines: Contract management with processes like Contract Administration, IT Licenses and second Procurement Operations with Purchase Requestion Reviewing, Purchase Order Management, and Invoice Processing. Our team is part of Procurement and Finance Operations and every day we support our colleagues from around the world in reaching the aim of making Lundbeck #1 in Brain Health. Our office is in Kraków. We are enthusiastic about what we do, and we also make time to have fun together.
