This position serves as the Director of Digital Transformation and policy-making official performing highly responsible and sensitive policy making functions for the agency regarding Digital Transformation and domain architecture. This role is responsible for planning, managing, coordinating, reviewing, directing, and aligning both short-term and long-term transformation management initiatives, goals, and objectives needed to advance the overall digital transformation of the state, including but not limited to leadership transformation, experience transformation, information transformation, operations transformation, workforce transformation, and eco-system transformation. In this position you will research, appraise, and make recommendations to management toward the acquisition, development, and maintenance of process related practices, training, and engineering tools/products. In addition, you will conduct and lead planning sessions with DoIT Executives, Groups, teams, and agency customers to promote enterprise-wide adoption of Transformation and Planning models for DoIT/business process and practice As Director of Digital Transformation you will establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPI) for the agency to Governor’s Office, DoIT Executive Leaders, Group CIO’s, teams, and agency customers to ensure critical alignment with Governor’s Office Initiatives.
