Lead, Virtual Medical Back Office

Responsible for providing general administrative support to clinic and mobile operations serving as a team lead. Prioritizes and manages team’s workload. Supports team in identifying, designing and implementing changes. 

Essential Functions 

• Complete registration of enrolled members, update insurance, demos and risk score. 
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.  
• Prioritizes and manages team’s workload.  
• Supports team in identifying, designing and implementing changes.  
• Track member consents of enrolled and engaged members.  
• Conducts outreach to established members utilizing ad hoc lists, no show and canceled reports an/or assigned panel lists.  
• Faxes care plan and visit summaries.  
• Obtains medical records.  
• Process and mail member educational materials.  
• Process disenrolled members.  
• Completes ongoing training to further skills and development.  
• Works collaboratively with other team members.  
• Ensures all member engagements are documented accurately. 
• Prepares reports as reasonably assigned.  
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Requires a high school diploma 
• 1+ year of related experience or any combination of education and experience which would provide equivalent background
• 1+ year experience using electronic medical records 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Genesys phone system experience preferred 
• Call Center Supervisor experience preferred 
• Time management Skills  
• Experience in managing call center metrics 
• Effective communication skills (Written and Verbal) 
• Analytical skills  
• Experienced in Microsoft office 

Annual Salary Range: $55,300.00 - $65,000.00
