Position Summary
The Enterprise Mobility Analyst II is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with the latest mobile device technologies at MultiCare. Working with customers you will configure, troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex issues every day.Responsibilities
- You will work with customers to procure, configure and deploy corporate and BYOD mobile devices and equipment, identify, troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex technical and non-technical end-user customer questions for all wireless mobility and unified communication products
- You will assess, test, and integrate enterprise and commercial mobile apps into the EMM environment
- You will escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels
- You will provide basic to highly complex technical support to resolve wireless carrier activation/set up, configuration and usability questions for end customers
- You will support, configure and maintain iOS and Android mobile devices
- You will work with Enterprise Networks and Unified Communication tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or It-related field or work experience that demonstrates competency
- Technical certification (CCNP, Network+, A+, Security+, etc.) or comparable experience preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Mobile device support, Information Technology support, or implementing/operating/maintaining Information Technology
- Experience supporting EMMs/MDMs such as XenMobile, AirWatch, MobileIron to include Mobile Application Management (MAM)
- In-Depth knowledge of and demonstrated skills and experience in project management, techniques and ability to conceptualize, implement and support technology, applications, programs and services
- In-depth knowledge in working Apple iOS, Apple OSX and Android OS devices Fluent in and understanding of computer and healthcare related concepts and vernacular
- Experience with Enterprise Networks and Unified Communication tools
- Experience working with telecom providers for contracts and troubleshooting
- Previous technical experience with healthcare systems, networks, and interfaces in hospitals and/or clinic settings or with a healthcare system vendor preferred
- Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $76,544.00 - $105,706.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
