Project Description:RIVA Solutions Incorporated is seeking a Project Analysts to support The National Guard at their Air National Guard Readiness Center located at Andrew's AFB. Supporting the National Guard, you will ensure that timely and continuous guidance and assistance are provided to government leaders and offices. Your experience interfacing with senior military and civilian officials will be essential. In this role, you will ensure consistent and efficient business processes while following protocol. Due to the sensitivity of information being processed through the NGB ExecSec Office, your ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is required. The National Guard is a dynamic and fluid organization, subject to ongoing changes in missions and force structure as dictated by the Department of Defense, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Department of the Army, and Air Force. Your willingness to adapt to changes will help you succeed in this position. Requirements:

Experience in research, task process analysis/oversight, demonstrated by positions held in project and data analysis career fields is desirable.
Other desired experience includes:
- the ability to make informal judgments and timely decisions
- oral and written communications skills
- the ability to analyze complex technical issues and presenting them in clear and concise language
- confidence in the ability to brief senior leadership
- demonstrated knowledge of functions and missions of the National Guard and its function within the Department of Defense
- knowledge and/or experience in the use of electronic task management systems.
