Bond Brothers Kitchen & Bar located inside the RDU airport is seeking a friendly and dedicated Server Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the servers and ensuring that all guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist with seating
• Set and reset tables in a timely manner
• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service
• Assist servers with taking orders and delivering food to tables
• Clear and clean tables throughout the meal service
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining room
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as a team player and follow direction
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
