Job Summary 

Keyrus is looking for a Data Engineer - Sisense Support. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Sisense administration, support, and maintenance, coupled with a strong ability to guide clients in optimizing their use of the platform. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, independent contributors with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that together, we continue to transform possibilities into reality.

This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mentoring and hands-on support to clients on operating the Sisense platform.
• Assist with cube planning and advanced data modeling best practices.
• Support data analysis and dashboard design, including the development of Blox widgets.
• Install, configure, and customize Sisense plugins and develop new widget scripts.
• Develop server-side plugins and implement Python scripting for data engineering needs.
• Ensure seamless integration of Sisense with external applications.
• Manage Sisense Server version upgrades, including testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with Sisense support.
• Support and execute Windows-to-Linux migrations for Sisense deployments.

Requirements for the role 

• Proven experience in Sisense support, maintenance, and administration.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and cube planning within Sisense.
• Hands-on experience with dashboard design and Blox widget development.
• Ability to install and develop custom Sisense plugins and widget scripts.
• Experience with Python scripting for data engineering and server-side plugin development.
• Familiarity with Sisense integrations with external applications.
• Experience handling Sisense version upgrades, testing, and deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working with Sisense support.
• Knowledge of Windows-to-Linux migrations for Sisense environments.
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
