 What You’ll Do:

•  Hire, train, and mentor a top-performing sales team
•  Lead with precision—manage CRM processes and ensure sales workflows are followed\
•  Engage early in deals to support your team and maximize close rates
•  Coach with a customer-first mindset to elevate the buying experience
•  Structure deals to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction
•  Collaborate with finance to boost product penetration and reserves
•  Oversee inventory and lot merchandising to keep the showroom sharp

Requirements

What You Bring:

•  Prior automotive sales management experience
•  Strong CRM and inventory management skills
•  Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process
•  Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
•  Excellent communication and leadership abilities
•  Ability to meet deadlines and exceed sales goals
•  Availability for days, evenings, and Saturdays
