Project Manager - Fintech (Retail Banking Services)

We are a dynamic and innovative Fintech company with a mission to revolutionize banking services for our customers. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and help us expand our business in the U.S. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of new projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role will be employed by myTU.co , working at a modern/energetic rented workspace in Mbanq's Bothell, WA office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle of retail banking projects, from project initiation
• Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against them
• Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues related to retail banking
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners in the retail banking industry
• Communicate project progress, risks and issues related to retail banking to senior management
• Ensure that project documentation related to retail banking is up-to-date and accurate
• Lead project meetings and ensure that all project team members are aligned and working towards the same goals related to retail banking
• Manage project budget and resources related to retail banking, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

• Ensure that project teams working on retail banking projects are motivated, engaged and working to their full potential
• Conduct post-project reviews of retail banking projects and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects related to retail banking on time and within budget
• Experience in the fintech industry and retail banking services is highly desirable
• Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills related to retail banking
• Ability to manage multiple projects related to retail banking simultaneously

• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar related to retail banking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team related to retail banking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to retail banking
