We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Senior Lead to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and not afraid to pick up the phone to follow up on outstanding items. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for processing customer payments via scanner deposits, electronic, ACH and credit card payments and working with multiple accounts.

Prepare various cash application spreadsheets, reports, and statistics.

Prepare and post daily cash receipt batches.

Receive and post payments from all satellite locations.

Log and reconcile cash receipts weekly.

Balance and Reconcile credit card payments.

Process customer refunds.

Handle credit card chargebacks.

Process adjustments related to cash posting discrepancies.

Respond on payment research.

Research daily lockbox exceptions.

Assist with annual audit.

Assist with other projects as assigned.
Pay rate: Annual opportunity of $62,562+/ year, based on hourly wages.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, with exposure to AP, AR, and billing preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience with accounting software and systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible with work hours, including the ability to work overtime once a month as required.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.

AA degree a plus (but not required)
