Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Staff Analyst to support the 737 Propulsion Integration Teams based in Renton, Washington.
This is a key role in providing communication, tracking, organization, and consistent execution and integration across the 737 Propulsion IPT. This is a great opportunity for an energetic staff analyst to shape and influence how the Propulsion IPT executes against 737 Program initiatives and runs the business on a daily basis.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supports the 737 Propulsion Integration Development and Sustaining teams to ensure the daily operations of the IPT run smoothly by partnering with the IPT Chief of Staff
- Primary backup for the 737 Propulsion IPT Chief of Staff
- Maintains 737 Propulsion IPT Forecast / Actuals financial reports for both Development and Sustaining sides of the business in support of Program and Functional leadership reviews
- Maintains weekly by-name charging seat in support of 737 Propulsion Development projects
- Coordinates with the 737 Propulsion engineering teams to populate and maintain various senior leadership status roll up decks for both Development and Sustaining sides of the business
- Manages and maintains the 737 Propulsion IPT Risk Management deck reviewed weekly with the IPT leadership team
- Coordinate with project / risk owners to update status, measure Key Performance Indicators, etc
- Supports IPT staffing initiatives and flow up to the Program and Function
- Actively manages and innovates IPT staffing tracking tools and facilitates IPT Staffing Review meetings
- Assists with pulling performance and quality data in support of new 737 Program initiatives that are flowed down to the IPTs
- Assists the 737 Military Derivatives Integration team with processing and tracking daily AEW&C Service Bulletin reviews
- Maintains ‘AEW&C CITAP Quarterly Review’ report
- Maintains IPT weekend support coordination list and instructions
- Opportunities to take on RIM, Safety, and LEAN focal roles
- Update and maintain the 737 Propulsion IPT onboarding guide for new employees
- Manages IPT facility and coordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources such as computing equipment, office space assignments, and office supplies
- Embodies excellent group collaboration, teamwork, and relationship strengthening to deliver excellence to the team and those the team supports
- Possesses demonstrable organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Proactive, self-motivated and can complete task with minimum supervision
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 4+ years of experience in working with cross-functional team
- 4+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
- 4+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications
- 4+ years of experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or Higher an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly
- Ability to clearly communicate at Leadership Level
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
