We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Aftermarket Demand Planning Manager to lead demand planning to support our Environmental & Airframe Control Systems (EACS) business. This role involves aligning supply and demand across key functions, leading a team of planners, and driving process improvements using continuous improvement principles. 

You’ll work closely with finance, supply chain, operations, and analytics teams to improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and support business goals. If you’re passionate about data-driven planning and cross-functional leadership, we’d love to hear from you. 

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, contracts, program managers, supply chain, operations, and repair stations to validate and align supply and demand plans. 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of aftermarket planners and supporting contractors to achieve performance goals. 

  • Utilize CORE (Continuous Improvement) methodologies to identify process gaps and implement sustainable corrective actions. 

  • Facilitate Tier meetings and manage escalations to drive accountability, close performance gaps, and meet customer requirements. 

  • Partner with the aftermarket business analytics team to enhance existing dashboards and develop new metrics for improved visibility and decision-making. 

  • Drive execution of key initiatives focused on improving demand planning processes, increasing forecast accuracy, and achieving inventory optimization goals. 

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. 

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP and advanced planning tools to ensure precise supply and demand alignment. 

  • Proficient in data analytics using SQL, Alteryx, and Microsoft Excel. 

  • Skilled in designing and leveraging dashboards and KPIs to enhance operational visibility, monitor performance, and support data-driven decision-making. 

  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvement initiatives and leading change management efforts using methodologies like CORE, Lean, or Six Sigma.
