POSITION SUMMARY :

Hudson County Cluster / Northern NJ Suburbs

Counties: Hudson (focus) Cities: Bayonne, Union City, Jersey City, Guttenberg, Palisades Park

The ABA Therapist (RBT/BT) provides in-home support to children and adolescents, helping them develop essential skills and improve behaviors. Working under the guidance of a BCBA, the ABA Therapist implements personalized therapy plans and collaborates with families to foster the child's growth

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Implement behavior modification and skill acquisition programs, as directed by BCBA • Collect data on above programs • Record session notes detailing treatment • Report successes, challenges and questions to the supervising BCBA • File medical and crisis incident reports

Requirements

• Ability to read and write English • High school diploma and one ABA-related course (ex.
