Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Fire and Life Safety Maintenance & Sustainment Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will get to oversee and manage preventive and corrective maintenance on all fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, fire hydrants, and fire pumps. This position is full – time OCONUS located in Doha, Qatar.
What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee and manage preventive and corrective maintenance on all fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, fire hydrants, and fire pumps.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks to minimize disruption and ensure timely completion.
Conduct regular inspections and tests of fire and life safety systems to ensure functionality and compliance.
Train and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring they follow safety protocols and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Respond to emergency situations and provide technical support as needed.
Collaborate with other departments and external contractors to ensure seamless operations and maintenance.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
5-7 years of experience in maintaining fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, or other similar fields.
3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or lead technician role.
Minimum NICET Level III certification in Fire Alarm Systems or equivalent.
Upon sponsorship you must be able to obtain a Qatar ID (QID).
Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, fire hydrants, and fire pumps.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Knowledge of local, state, and federal fire safety regulations.
