Period of employment / Hours:
Permanent full-time (76.00 hours per fortnight) day work (part-time hours may be considered by negotiation)

Duties:
Primary Purpose / Focus :
- Contribute to and support the delivery of software releases in accordance with the approved software development strategy for the Housing Management System.
- Collaborate with Homes Tasmania’s business units, vendors, and stakeholders in conducting business and systems analysis to deliver business driven technology change through assigned projects, improvement initiatives and innovative programs of work.
- Contribute to the building of an inclusive team through change that together with all ITMS teams also builds a collaborative business unit that enables Homes Tasmania achieve its stated objectives.
Skills and experience:
Selection criteria includes:
- Demonstrated experience in business and systems analysis, re-engineering, and process mapping.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting the delivery of software development, implementation of new technologies and enhancing existing applications and tools.
- Demonstrated project management and change management skills to support the development and implementation of business applications and tools.

Desirable Requirements:
Working towards or successful completion of qualifications, and/or experience relevant to the role such as –
- Industry experience in the conduct of business and systems-based analysis, delivery of application software development services and/or implementation of new technologies.
- Current ITIL®, project management, change management or business analysis certification.
