What You Will Do For Us

Manage performance of the regional MSP (Managed Service Provider)

• Manage and monitor local MSP performance according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure required deliverables for creation and maintenance of Purchase orders to Business suppliers.

• Providing regional context/information on relevant policies or processes to the MSP

• Supporting MSP with recommendations, clarity of process and maintaining standardization of process

• Overseeing Direct Purchasing processes related to DMR (Defective Material Returns), reconciling accounts (ERS), pricing OLA’s, invoice pricing discrepancies (OpenText workflows) and other administrative tasks to support the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Supply Chain Procurement function

Oversee day-to-day Indirect purchasing operations service delivery

• Monitoring system functionality and resolving any issues to minimize business interruption and ensure supply continuity.

• Responding to escalated inquiries/issues from internal stakeholders and/or vendors

• Liaison with senior leaders in their region on any matters relating to Purchasing Operations and trouble shoot high priority issues.

• Ensure regional processes executed by Managed Service Provider maintain a strong internal control environment.

• Manages P2P processes in accordance with appropriate methodologies towards driving global standards, processes, metrics, and routines.

• Monitor KPI, Analyse Data and be able to develop insights for data driven decisions for improvements and productivity.

• Act as subject matter expert to both the MSP and the business client, on Purchasing Operations Policies, Processes and Systems.

• Realise and coordinate training needs for business users/stakeholders on purchasing operations systems in order to drive compliance with the Company’s policies and processes.

• Promote valuable cross functional engagement between finance towers to ensure full P2P end to end productivity and effectiveness.

• Understand and manage the Change Impact to the business and end users with policy, process and system enhancements and developments.

Act as local purchasing operations representative to broader business

• Soliciting feedback from local business users for consideration in efforts to drive improvements to systems and enhance user experience.

• Facilitating communication between local MSP resources and broader business owners to resolve any issues in service delivery that may arise.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors degree or professional certification equivalent in business, accounting, finance procurement or a related field

• 5 years experience in P2P/Finance process

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problems

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
