Job Description:

Our growing team is seeking an on site Business Functional Analyst with strong communication and technical skills to support new and existing deployments of our task management software. This role requires the analyst to be on client site daily with no options for remote work. In this position, you will navigate a complex work environment to collaborate with Department of Defense business users, project sponsors, senior leadership and supporting teams to provide the necessary support to delivery, update and expand the functionality of our Microsoft Dynamics/Power Apps task management software.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage customer expectations regarding solution functionality and deployment process
• Advise on best practices for configuring Dynamics, Power Apps; perform process improvement work
• Coach customer on change management initiatives; conduct user and technical support training
• Update training and configuration materials; support technical staff during installation and troubleshooting
• Provide application troubleshooting, administrative support, and management reports for leadership briefings

Here’s What You Need:

• 1+ years of experience conducting classroom training
• Experience with consulting or similar field requiring client collaboration, presentation, and delivery
• Prior experience with analysis and reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
