Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic Supervisor

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience with troubleshooting and repair on gas/diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, transmission/rear end, basic chassis/brakes, as well as fabrication skills (MIG and Arc welding/cutting).

Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide prompt response to equipment service requests to troubleshoot and repair vehicles & belt loaders (unleaded, diesel, and propane engines), lavatory service trucks, air conditioner carts, ground power units and more 

• Perform and track preventative maintenance for each piece of equipment 

• Work with station management to help control budget and order parts and supplies 

• Must possess the qualifications of the Ground Support Equipment Mechanic and have the ability to direct the workforce and provide practical training to the Ground Equipment Mechanic(s) assigned to him or her.
