USA Job Family Description: The Finance organization is responsible for leading and participating in a number of critical functions including: supporting executive management decisions making by analyzing results, assessing strategic alternatives and developing strategic plans; communicating financial results and forecasts with critical stakeholders, including executive management and Board of Directors, shareholders and regulators; managing the Company’s balance sheet, including interest rate and liquidity risks; establishes the Company’s capital policies and prioritizes investments; develops and implements controls to reduce operational risk; developing and maintaining financial data and systems. The Finance organization works across functions and Business lines in the Company, requiring a broad understanding of our business, risk and strategy.

USA Job Function Description: Assist in providing strategy and oversight for Treasury activities.  Create daily liquidity reporting.  Review and monitor liquidity alerts and buffers, reserve requirements, funding gaps, stress tests and contingency funding plans.  Assist in designing and maintaining liquidity controls to comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Constantly upgrade and maintain Treasury’s technology infrastructure consisting of Excel and Python based tools.



Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:

Day-to-day execution of operations in (liquidity risk, Cash and Collateral Management Processes).
Validate the accuracy of internal reporting of financial and operational data.
Perform variance, reconciliation and forecasting analysis of key financial data.
Ensure adherence to established standards and risk limits.
Contribute to a strong internal control environment
Ensures treasury policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Maintain and improve code and spreadsheets utilized by the team.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree: Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent field.

Technology exposure preferred

Work Experience:
3+ Years Preferred

Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work well within a team, prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
Ability to convey a sense of urgency and drive.
Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required.
Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.
Detail oriented with ability to research, organize and analyze financial data.
Strong project management skills.
Advanced in MS Excel,  proficient in Python.
