About the Team/Role
An Accounting Associate III is responsible for verifying and posting routine accounting transactions to FactorSoft and verifies accuracy.  Performs reconciliation of routine transactions and corrects incorrect transactions.  This position usually specializes in one functional area of accounting.
 

How you'll make an impact

• Processes daily payments that include checks, ACH’s and wires 

• Performs adjustments for previously processed payments 

• Process outbound payments including wires, ACH’s, and fuel files for client payments

• Assists employees, vendors, or customers by answering questions related to accounts,
  procedures, and services.

Experience you'll bring 

• 3+ years experience in the accounting field 

• Proficiency in the use of FactorSoft software applications and spreadsheets. 

• Individual must be a motivated self-starter who possesses effective written and verbal
  communication skills.

•  Must be able to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment.
   

Preferred Qualifications 

• Associates degree in Accounting 

• 5+ years experience in the accounting field 

• Previous Cash Posting experience in Factoring

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
