Choose growth.</strong></p> <p>The data-driven network logistics department has the main task to manage a Europe-wide network of more than 200 logistics partners.</p> <p>Are you ready to take over?</p> <p>As our new Senior Logistics Business Development Manager, you will work proactively and make the next step forward with us. We are seeking a colleague who will work with a great team of dynamic, innovative, and motivated people in our headquarters in Berlin.</p> <ul> <li><p>Own the negotiation, execution, and management of contracts with suppliers, landlords, and partners, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives.</p> </li> <li><p>Lead the entire tendering process for new logistics solutions, from preparing tender documents to evaluating proposals.</p> </li> <li><p>Oversee the logistics administration system, ensuring efficient management of information and processes.</p> </li> <li><p>Contribute to achieving P&amp;L targets by managing costs and providing detailed reporting.</p> </li> <li><p>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, and develop expertise in your areas of responsibility.</p> </li> <li><p>Manage cross-functional, data-driven projects with the aim of exceeding expectations and driving business improvements.</p> </li> <li><p>Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service quality within the logistics network.</p> </li> <li><p>B.Sc./M.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field, and 6+ years of relevant work experience.</p> </li> <li><p>Experience in parcel logistics, automotive logistics, finished vehicle logistics, transportation, real estate, or network design is a plus.</p> </li> <li><p>We are looking for someone with a passion for moving projects forward, taking full ownership, and inspiring teams to drive results.</p> </li> <li><p>You must have the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and stay within budget.</p> </li> <li><p>Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights are required.</p> </li> <li><p>Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage external partners independently are a must.</p> </li> <li><p>Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other European languages is an advantage.</p> </li> <li><p>Industry knowledge and an established network within automotive logistics or the delivery space is a plus.</p> </li> <li><p>Remote work can be considered for the right candidate.</p> </li> <li><p>Once a unicorn, now a listed public company, be part of our success story!</p> </li> <li><p>An international working environment with exciting national and international projects</p> </li> <li><p>Remote work can be considered</p> </li> <li><p>Our dynamic startup environment constantly offers new challenges for personal growth.
