About the Role

We’re looking for a super-organized, resourceful, and upbeat Executive Assistant to be the right hand to our Executive Director and leadership team. Think of yourself as the glue that helps everything stick together—coordinating schedules and keeping everything on track.

This isn’t your typical “desk job.” One day you’ll be prepping for a board meeting, the next you’ll be organizing a special event or helping the team pull off a big project. If you love variety, people, and being a part of a dynamic team, this is the perfect spot for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

✨ Keeping the Executive Director’s schedule running smoothly (calendar wizardry is a plus!)

✨ Preparing and polishing reports, presentations, and communications

✨ Helping with board and committee meetings—agendas, minutes, and follow-up

✨ Managing confidential information with integrity and discretion

✨ Organize conferences and events, including catering, invitations and coordination of equipment

✨ Serving as a warm, professional point of contact for residents, families, and staff

✨ Reconciling monthly credit card and charge accounts

What We’re Looking For

• A natural organizer
• At least 2 years’ experience supporting executives or senior leaders (healthcare/senior living a bonus!)
• Strong communication skills—you’re as comfortable writing emails as you are chatting in person
• Tech savvy: Microsoft Office Suite pro (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• A “can-do” attitude, flexibility, and a sense of humor when things get busy
