  • Experience: A proven track record in electro-mechanical hardware development, ideally in highly regulated industries (think aircraft, automotive, medical device, or defense).

  • Full Lifecycle Knowledge: You’ve navigated the entire product lifecycle, from concept to post-market handling, and you know what it takes to succeed at each stage.

  • Tooling Know-How: Familiarity with tooling is a plus, and experience as a tool designer will set you apart.

  • CAD Skills: Proficiency in CAD systems for mechanical design and analysis (SolidWorks preferred) is essential.

  • Agile Advantage: Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) is a bonus, as we value flexibility and adaptability in our projects.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for resolving competing constraints across engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, regulatory, and marketing functions.
