Responsibilities:

• Drive all project activity from implementation through post-launch and closure
• Manage resources, governance, timelines, and profitability
• Identify, articulate, and manage risks through collaboration with internal and client project teams
• Contribute to evolution of project management methodology
• Serve as primary point of contact, managing then day-to-day customer experience
• Develop project timelines and manage all required artifacts related to risk management
• Manage SDLC phases from initiation and scoping to development and up through deployment and hypercare
• Prepare and present project status updates to Business and IT sponsors/stakeholders
• Act as the liaison between project team and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• Experience leading a Salesforce project
• Proven ability to work independently
• Superior organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or related field experience
• Knowledge of systems development and implementation methodologies (i.e. SDLC, Agile (SCRUM)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong team building skills
• Background in Utilities industries is a PLUS

Preferred Salesforce Certifications:

• Salesforce Admin
• Salesforce Consultant (Sales or Service Cloud)
• Salesforce (Developer)
