Job Summary

Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our inventory team.

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices.
• Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases.
• Coordinate the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
• Forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
• Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
• Analyze and review supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
• Generate purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems.
• Perform regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain and update records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
• Should be highly organized, have detailed knowledge of supply chain management software and practices, able to accurately forecast inventory requirements, and possess excellent logistical abilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
