As a Senior Analyst, Supplier Quality supporting Quality Assurance, you will be trusted to manage aspects of supplier quality that meets required quality and manufactured standards to affiliates and the public at our Fort Worth North Manufacturing Facility/Aspex in Fort Worth, Texas US.

• Identifying, coaching, and managing suppliers according to organization quality standards and policies
• Providing advice and training on quality protocols and conducting audits to ensure compliance with organization and applicable government standards
• Negotiating service level agreements, performance/quality metrics and ensuring contractual obligations are met Resolving supplier problems related to quality, performance, and service level
• Identifying and certifying alternative suppliers to mitigate supply disruption risks

What You Will Bring To Alcon:

Minimum Qualifications/Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience
