Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst – Experienced Leadership Facilitator (Level 3) to support the BPS Leadership Development Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st Shift!

In this role, you will partner with leaders to be Facilitators of Transformation and have a deep interest in growing others. Team members will have a natural, confident presence and communicate clearly, in order to be able to convey information and ideas to a variety of audiences. Successful candidates will exemplify our BPS/Lean principles & methodologies. They will also be able to provide insight and application of practical and effective leadership and personal development topics.

Position Responsibilities:

• Interacts and provides feedback to Program Leadership.

• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

• Analyzes and interprets data.

• Provides feedback on assessment results.

• Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.

• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

• Works under general direction.

• Attends and supports tier meetings and value stream teams in assigned area.

• Conducts workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance.

• Utilizes Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) to identify root cause issues.

• Develops and documents innovative solutions in support of team goals.

• Conducts learning requirements analysis and set learning objectives.

• Supports development of SOJT plans, guided skills practices (GSPs), and team cross training initiatives.

• Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives.

• Exhibits Boeing behaviors.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at North Charleston, SC.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or a regulated industry.

• 3+ years of experience partnering on cross-functional teams.

• 1+ years of experience in planning and facilitation of workshops/learning events.

• 1+ years of experience in a role demonstrating excellent interpersonal and oral, written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding.

• 5+ years of experience teaching, coaching and developing others.

• 5+ years of experience with LEAN, TOC or other advanced QMS systems.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically, 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience.  Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
