Position Overview

Join the team at Mt. Hood Meadows, where your office comes with panoramic alpine views and your job is all about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Restaurant Server, you'll be at the heart of our mountain hospitality, delivering exceptional table service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Whether you're fueling up skiers for another run or creating a cozy après-ski atmosphere, your service will be part of what keeps guests coming back.

This isn’t just a seasonal job, it’s a chance to be part of a passionate, guest-focused team in one of Oregon’s most iconic winter destinations. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive under pressure, work well in a team, and are excited to bring energy, efficiency, and genuine hospitality to every shift.

This is a part- or full-time, seasonal position


Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of 1 year high-volume serving experience preferred
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid OLCC Service Permit & Oregon Food Handler’s Card
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
• Able to commit to work weekends and holidays during winter operations

Compensation:
• Starting Wage: $ 17.25 hourly +Tips
