Job Description

In this compelling leadership position, you will oversee the processes required to support an executive, or several executives, in day-to-day operational matters. In this role, you will oversee the data analysis and reporting that supports executive decision making, as well as oversee the coordination of staff activities.

The Information Security - Chief of Staff - Director role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Oversee a team who supports an executive or group of executives in day-to-day activities.
• Direct a team who coordinate and advise on activities and processes that an executive is responsible for.
• Collaborate with executives on developing operational and/or strategic recommendations.
• Oversee executive leadership activities.

Minimum Required Experiences

• 8 years

Desired Experiences

• Bachelor degree or equivalent; Master degree preferred
• 8+ years managerial and/or chief of staff experience
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Proven experience in translating data and metrics into action, helping organization with OKR’s
• Strong leadership, managerial and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and manage horizontally in a fast paced environment
• Excellent strategic planning and problems solving skillset
• 8+ years managerial and/or chief of staff experience
• Excellent communication and relationship skills

• Strong leadership, managerial and interpersonal skills
