DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
The ideal candidate will provide analytical support through forecasting, reporting, and analysis of our operational, financial, and profitability results, identifying trends to drive profit margin efficiency, identify opportunities for process improvement, and facilitating interactive analysis and design sessions with business representatives from various departments within ArcelorMittal Calvert.
The Basics:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Accounting/Finance or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ business experience in a large manufacturing environment
- Skilled in SAP FI module, with a sound working knowledge of large ERP system
- Skilled in data manipulation software, Power Bi, SAS, Power Query
- Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data accurately and timely
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
The Extras:
- CMA/CPA/MBA preferred
- Moderately skilled in Project Management

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Collect and analyze profitability data, prepare routine and ad hoc narrative and graphical reports describing the information, findings, and conclusions
- Identify trends to drive profit margin efficiency, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate performance to teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Facilitate interactive analysis and design sessions with representatives of business line and functional units
- Diagnose problems, develop, and implement business solutions in SAP modules and other IT related applications
