Job Description
- Create SAS programs to monitor data quality, manage data, and generate data report
- Provide statistical analysis on topline data
- Review programs and results created by other data analysts/statisticians
- Review databases set up by clinicians
- Update SAS macros to meet new needs
- Fulfill other tasks as needed, including sample size calculation & randomization generation.
Qualifications
Required:
- A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent, with 2+ years’ work experience with SAS or a master’s degree in Statistics or Biostatistics
- Good understanding of statistical concepts
- Eligible to work in the US without additional working visa support
- English (spoken and written) language skills: Proficiency required
- Mathematical skills: Required for understanding the data processing
- Reasoning skills: Required for following the logic underlying the programming
- Computer skills: Required and helpful for exploring knowledge
Preferred:
- SAS certificate is preferred, but not required
This is a hybrid position that requires initial training of 1-3 weeks in the Richardson office, and mostly remote work (occasional [up to 1x/month] visits to the office).
