The primary objective of the Cybersecurity Analyst is to create user manuals and standardize security measures for the company’s equipment. The Cybersecurity Analyst will describe security-related processes, such as verifying that all employees have two-factor authentication enabled on the relevant systems. This person will also reach vendors, such as anti-phishing solution providers and be the owner of promoting a security culture within the company and working towards obtaining ISO 27001 certification in the future.

By focusing on these key components and measurable outcomes, the Cybersecurity Analyst will contribute significantly to the organization's overall security posture and resilience in the face of evolving cyber threats.

Elaborate cross-company cybersecurity plan to be executed via a squad with stakeholders from multiple areas and implement actions and strategy to guarantee cybersecurity company-wide to preserve our future.

This plan should include people, process, and technology efforts but this role will be the ultima responsible to make things happen

• Reduction in Security Incidents: A decrease in the number and severity of cybersecurity incidents.

• Adherence to Compliance Standards: Ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory cybersecurity standards.

• Employee Cybersecurity Awareness: Improvements in employee awareness and adherence to cybersecurity best practices.

• Innovation and Adaptability: Successful integration of innovative cybersecurity technologies and proactive adaptation to emerging threats.

• Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback and collaboration from internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Role related competencies:

• A least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles and the creation of user manuals, procedure guides, and security standards.

• Capability to research and evaluate different security solution providers (e.g., anti-phishing, firewalls), analyzing their features and aligning them with the company’s needs.

• Focus on ensuring security processes are correctly followed, with an eye toward future ISO 27001 certification. Basic knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001 or similar is a plus.

• Familiarity with common business security solutions (e.g., password management systems, authentication systems).

• Understanding of fundamental cybersecurity concepts such as multi-factor authentication, encryption, and malware protection.

• Proven experience ensuring organizational compliance with industry-specific cybersecurity requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field strong plus.

• Worked with KPIs & OKRs inside and Agile methodology framework with a continuous improvement mindset

• A detail-oriented self-starter, an exceptional listener, and a skilled communicator (both verbal and written).

• A highly organized person that has hand-on attitude that is always looking to resolve issues

• A positive team player with a proven ability to motivate and lead their team.
